Self-Assessment Tools
Understanding how you are feeling can sometimes be difficult, especially when stress, anxiety, low mood or other challenges begin to build gradually over time. Our self-assessment tools are designed to give you a simple, private way to check in with your current mental health and wellbeing. By answering a series of straightforward questions, you can gain greater insight into patterns, symptoms or areas of concern that may be affecting your day-to-day life, relationships, work or overall wellbeing.
These assessments are intended as a guide rather than a formal diagnosis. Your results can help you recognise when additional support may be beneficial and provide a useful starting point for conversations with a counsellor, health professional or someone you trust. Take your time, answer as honestly as you can, and remember that seeking greater understanding of your wellbeing is a positive step toward making informed choices about the support that may be right for you.

Take a Moment to Check In With Yourself
Our self-assessments are designed to give you a clearer picture of how you may be feeling, coping and functioning across different areas of your wellbeing. Each assessment guides you through a series of simple questions and provides an instant, personalised summary with practical next steps based on your responses.
These tools are private, supportive and easy to complete, and are intended to help you recognise patterns that may be worth exploring further. They are not a clinical diagnosis and should not replace assessment or treatment from a qualified health professional. Where appropriate, your results may suggest speaking with a counsellor, GP or other suitable support service.
You can choose to email yourself a copy of your results, and you may also be given the option to anonymously share your responses for quality improvement and research purposes. Sharing is entirely optional.
